At the Kraftplatz, a large team offers different types of yoga every day of the week. However, the Kraftplatz doesn’t just offer yoga, but also Pilates and health training, for example.
The LSV association offers a “Fit in Yoga” course. The course starts with a half-hour workout, followed by yoga practice and rounded off with a relaxation phase. The course focuses on both body and mind and ensures that thoughts calm down, muscles are strengthened and the body is stretched.
The Bliss Studio is run by Carina and Zsofia. They offer group yoga classes for beginners and advanced students as well as individual classes. The Yoga Haus offers a comprehensive range of yoga classes. If you are new to the yoga game, you can call them for advice on a suitable course.
The studio is run by Nicole and Conny. They offer yoga, either in the studio or online, as well as aerial yoga. There are also several Pilates classes to attend with the two of them.
The Yoga Gallery is run by Ariadna Castorena in Getreidegasse. She offers yoga for beginners, advanced students, pregnant women and yoga teachers – whether you want to book a fixed course or simply come to her yoga classes on a flexible basis is up to you.
