The whole thing is organized via the “Microsoft Teams” platform. To help you find your way around the site, here is a brief guide to what you can expect on Teams:<\/p>

On the Skill Share channel, you will find the Skill Share button at the top of the bar, which you can use to communicate with each other and exchange your \"offers\" and \"requests\". You can find detailed instructions on how to do this on the whiteboard itself. Roughly speaking, you can use different colored post-its to post what you would like to learn from others or what you could teach others. This tool allows you to benefit from the strengths of others. Here you can finally learn how to crochet or you can share your cooking talent with others.
