Queer-friendly and student-friendly with fair prices, The Mark is THE cultural center in Salzburg. On Thursdays there is the Community Kitchen from 7pm to 9pm with vegan food for the price of your choice (“pay as you can”). There are evenings for dancing, hanging out and swapping clothes. The space is also used for a social hair workshop and bike workshop, you can also rent the location for private events or if you want to spend a day in the music studio to record your own music! An evening with lots of fun, free table soccer and local musicians is guaranteed.

You have music in your blood and enjoy playing an instrument. Then the Jazzit sessions on Tuesday evenings are the right thing for you. Here you can meet other passionate hobby musicians and who knows, maybe the next big hit will be created while jamming. Concerts, workshops, jam sessions and parties are now offered all year round in the large event hall of the Jazzit music club. Jazzit also hosts jam sessions on Tuesdays and the DJ line “Homebase” on Wednesdays with free admission. So you’ve always wanted to get on stage and rock the house with other musicians or just improvise a bit. Everyone is welcome, even if you just want to drop by for a drink.
Want to dance the night away with your friends? Then the SodaClub in Salzburg is the place to go for contemporary electronic music. DJ acts from Austria and abroad ensure the best atmosphere on the dance floor in the rock of the Mönchsberg. Techno in Salzburg – here we come!

You can’t party in Salzburg without having been to the famous Rudolfskai. Right on the Salzach, next to the popular karaoke bars, the LUX Club literally shines. If you still feel like dancing after the bar, you can do so from Wednesday to Saturday until 4 a.m. in the unmistakable LUX. Elaborate lighting design, upscale electronic music and a wide range of drinks await you in the middle of the historic Salzburg walls.
